MeerKatta is a software product sold as a one-time purchase (Model 1) or subscription (Model 2, when available).

License

• Personal, non-transferable license to use MeerKatta on your devices.
• Model 1: perpetual license for the version purchased, includes all v1.x updates.
• Model 2 (when available): access for the duration of your active subscription.

Requirements

• Model 1 requires an active Claude Pro or Max subscription from Anthropic.
• MeerKatta is not affiliated with Anthropic.
• macOS 14+ required for the desktop app. iOS 17+ for the companion app.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If MeerKatta doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.

Limitations

• MeerKatta is provided as-is. AI-generated captions, trim points, and text polishing are suggestions — review before publishing.
• We are not responsible for content you create or publish using MeerKatta.
• Service availability depends on your Claude subscription status (for Model 1) and our infrastructure (for Model 2).

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense MeerKatta. The license is for personal or professional use on your own devices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
